- ACCEPTED METHODS OF PAYMENT
We accept the following cards for payment of purchases made online:
Payment will be taken from your credit or debit card as soon as you have placed your order.
We also accept Paypal as another method of payment. If you select this option in the checkout, you will be redirected to Paypal where you can either create an account or login to an existing account and arrange payment of your order. You will be redirected to the website once your order is received.
JUNNAY London may refuse to fulfill an order should the purchaser fail to provide adequate payment guarantees or should the order be incomplete, incorrect, or should the product in question not be in stock. In such cases we will inform you via email that the order was not accepted and specify the reasons thereof.
In special circumstances we can accept payment by BACS or CHAPS – however, please note that we will be unable to dispatch your goods until payment has been received and cleared.

- PAYMENT
At the checkout, you can proceed as a guest or create an online account with us once you have placed your order. By creating an online account, you can enjoy a quicker checkout process in the future and save your delivery and payment details. If you are an existing customer, you will be able to log in to your account.
- WHEN IS MY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD CHARGED?
Your card will be charged as soon as you place your order online, including back-ordered items.
- CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
If the item you ordered is in stock, we generally process and prepare your order for dispatch immediately, so it may not be possible to make amendments or cancel your order.
Please contact our Customer Care team immediately and we will advise as to what action can be taken. If your order has already been dispatched, then please return it to our Customer Care team, following the steps in our Exchange & Returns policy.
- ORDER AND CONFIRMATION
Once your order has been placed and payment accepted, a confirmation message will appear on screen showing your order reference number.
An order confirmation e-mail with details of your order (including your reference number) and payment acceptance will also be sent to the e-mail address provided. This e-mail is only an acknowledgement of receipt of your order. Your contract to purchase these items is not complete until we send you an e-mail notifying you that the items have been dispatched. You will receive a second email when your order has been dispatched.
You may cancel your order as long as the order status is “in process.” If order status is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
- PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
Prices are subject to change at any time. If an item’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge you the lower amount when your order is shipped. If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, contact you for instructions before shipping. If we are unable to contact you after 14 days we will cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
- WHAT IS A BACK-ORDER?
Occasionally we are able to offer certain designs on ‘back-order’. If the item you are wanting to purchase is available to ‘back-order’:
– Simply select the desirable product colour and size (if these options are available) and add to your cart as if you were placing a normal order.
– Follow the check-out process as normal and pay for all the item(s) in your cart.
– You will receive a confirmation email containing all the products you have purchased.
– Once the back-ordered item is available we will despatch your full order and you will receive a despatch email.
PLEASE NOTE: If your order contains a mix of back-order(s) and in stock items, we will despatch the whole order when the back-ordered item(s) become available.
(Please place two separate orders to ensure the available item (s) is not held back to be be shipped with the ‘back-order’ item(s)).
*Not all items that are out of stock will be available for back-order.
Back-ordered items typically take 4-6 weeks. Once the item arrives, we will automatically ship your order to you. For orders with more than one item, including in stock and out-of-stock items, we will contact you directly before shipping your items. If you wish to have your jewellery shipped in multiple shipments, additional shipping charges will apply.
