Exchanges and Returns Policy

Here at JUNNAY London, every piece of jewellery we sell is manufactured under the strictest quality control standards and carefully inspected prior to being shipped.

We want you to be completely happy with your website order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept items for exchange or refund within 14 days, accompanied by a sales receipt. Please allow 30 days for the processing of your return. You will be responsible for any shipping charges associated with the return of the item. If returned between 14 and 28 days, an exchange will be granted.  All returns must be unaltered, unworn and in saleable condition. Returned item (s) should include the vendor packaging and tags.  Please note used items will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective. No exchange or refund will be applied for orders returned after 28 days from the date of purchase.

Once approved for a return, you will receive an email with a return authorization number and instructions for returning your item. We will not accept packages without a return authorization number, required paperwork or packaging.

Place the item(s) in the original packaging and seal securely. If returning more than one piece from the same order, please place all returns in one shipment, as you may incur the charges from any subsequent returns.

You will be responsible for arranging to have the item(s) returned to us, and for any costs incurred. We strongly recommend that you use FedEx/UPS or Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed to return your items to us, as we are not responsible for items which do not reach us.

Once we have received the item(s) a member of our Customer Care Team will contact you to confirm receipt of the parcel. Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the United Kingdom. Please note that unauthorised returns/exchanges may be returned to the sender. Returns received outside the above time frames are accepted at the discretion of JUNNAY London. Returns Policy for items on sale is the same as our returns policy noted above.

In the event of failure to return any item to us within the time limits stated, even though validly cancelled, we reserve the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods. Bespoke items – items that we do not currently carry in stock and Special Orders cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.


If you have received an item from JUNNAY London as a gift you can of course return it for exchange. This must be done within the parameters outlined in this Returns Policy. Please call us on +44 (0) 203 291 3419 or email to arrange your return.


Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged, or if there is a subsequent manufacturing fault within a period of 12 months after delivery. All items returned as faulty will be inspected, and any item displaying damage deemed to be a result of fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. *NOTE* Your statutory rights are not affected. Where possible, items may be repaired on request but only where such items are deemed faulty and repairable. Repairs do not come with a guarantee. It may be possible for us to repair items which have suffered wear and tear. There will be a charge for this service, which is to cover the cost of shipping and any other costs incurred.


Refunds will be made within 30 days of the date of cancellation notice. The cost of any undamaged and unworn products, correctly returned will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card, including sales taxes for all EU country shipments and any shipping charges. As previously stated, international customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the United Kingdom.

Any issues with merchandise will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
